[ Tim has five seconds of feeling okay with that life choice. He doesn't enjoying knocking the air out of Kon, but it's a really effective move for giving someone a jolt and getting a couple seconds for everyone to reassess the situa-

Blackness. Heavy cotton in his ears and nose and mouth. Disconnected. Drifting. He doesn't experience it, really, so much as have the faintest impression of feeling both isolated and hollow in the void.

It overlaps with the feeling of falling straight down, like his brain can't access his legs to tell them to keep supporting his weight.

Which, in turn, is prioritized below processing the change in Kon's demeanor and expression. It worked, he thought as he fell. Kon snapped out of it.

Kon is only just reaching him when Tim's soul and mind finish rebuilding needed connections, and the world goes from foggy slow motion to ripping along at normal speed in a snap of its fingers. Tim's stomach actually lurches like he's on a rollercoaster.

By the time he's caught, he's gasping like he's out of breath, which he isn't, and shaking with the feeling of wrong/cold/fear that he can't put his finger on. It's none and all of the three emotions at once.
