I don't know if I can say anything about their ears. But thank you anyway. [She gestures at her ears which aren't quite as long as the elves' but are definitely just as pointed. She's a very good hypocrite about some things, but this particular thing seems unkind seeing as they're guests of the elves and all.]

It's very quiet. I don't know if I could get used to that after everything, but if I could, I wouldn't mind doing it here. I hope we get to stay a while, too. [Her 'a while' means maybe a week or two, of course, not forever. She'd hardly judge him for it, though. Some people are meant to find a place and make it their own. It doesn't make them bad or wrong, just different. And then there are people like her who... aren't.
